Responsibilities: Partner with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute CX experimentation roadmaps. Own A/B testing initiatives, from ideation and hypothesis development through execution and performance analysis. Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences through experimentation and data-driven insights. Influence marketing and product stakeholders to prioritize and implement experimentation strategies. Analyze CX performance, present findings, and recommend scalable improvements. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and adoption. Collaborate on digital campaigns, marketing content, and sales enablement materials. Work across a large team to align experimentation priorities with business objectives. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management, Product Management, or a closely related role. Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing, product experimentation, and CX optimization. Demonstrated ability to develop experimentation roadmaps and execute tests from concept to completion. Technical product marketing experience with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making. Experience analyzing customer journeys, identifying CX improvements, and scaling successful experiments. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence marketing managers, product teams, and business stakeholders. Experience in large-scale, fast-paced technology environments. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience at a FAANG company or another leading technology company. Background in payments, e-commerce, or digital customer experiences.
