Remote contract work for people who have run software engineering data programs for AI models: lead the engineers and reviewers who build coding training data, benchmarks and evaluations, and own quality and delivery. Pay: up to $90 an hour, based on experience. 40 hours a week for 3 months, immediate start At least 4 hours of your day overlapping US Pacific time You have owned a coding data program: coding RLHF or preference data, SWE benchmarks or evals, agentic coding environments, or code generation and repair datasets You have managed contributor sourcing, calibration, throughput, quality, rework and cost You can read code and tests and decide whether to release or reject a task Not a fit: general program managers, or engineers who have not led a team at scale Fill in a one-minute form with your résumé and LinkedIn, then a quick ID check.
