About Bloom Bloom is a leadership development and executive coaching firm. We work with organizations, many of them in pharma and life sciences, to help their leaders grow through executive coaching, workshops, coaching circles, leadership academies and masterclasses. We're a small, women-owned team backed by a strong network of executive coaches. Our work recently earned a Brandon Hall Silver Award for leadership development, and we're growing. That's why we're hiring. About the role Our programs have a lot of moving parts. Participants need their prework. Coaches need the right materials. Speakers need to know when to log on. And after it's all over, we need to know what worked. That's where you come in. As our Program Manager, you'll run the behind-the-scenes side of our client programs, from the first email to the final survey results. You'll be the person who knows where every engagement stands and what needs to happen next. You'll work closely with our VP of Operations. This is a part-time role to start, about 10–15 hours a week, with room to grow as Bloom grows. It's a good fit for someone who loves the details but can step back and look at the bigger picture. What you'll do Keep our programs on track Build and manage timelines for workshops, coaching circles, academies, masterclasses and retreats Write and send prework and follow-up emails to participants Handle logistics like materials, printing and shipping, calendar invites and virtual setup Make sure coaches and facilitators have what they need before every session Catch problems early and come to the table with a plan to fix them Own the details Keep our project boards in Monday.com accurate and up to date Share a short weekly update on what's on track, what's at risk and what's coming Keep templates, checklists and files organized so each program runs a little smoother than the last Work with our speakers and coaches Be the main point of contact for our masterclass speakers, from scheduling to follow-up Help onboard new coaches and keep our coach roster current Turn feedback into insight Send and track program surveys, and follow up so we hear from enough people Summarize the results in plain language: what worked, what didn't and what we should change Pull together results and stories we can use in case studies, proposals and award applications Help us grow well Spot work we keep redoing and turn it into a simple, repeatable process Look across all of our programs to catch timing conflicts and busy stretches before they hit Use AI tools to work smarter, and help us find new places they can help What success looks like Six months in, you'll know our programs inside and out. Deadlines aren't slipping. Participants, coaches and speakers know what to expect and when. Our leadership team trusts that the details are handled and can spend more of their time with clients. And every program ends with clear takeaways we can act on. What you bring 3+ years managing projects or programs with lots of moving parts, ideally in training, events, learning and development or consulting A get-it-done attitude. We're a coaching company, so growth, feedback and good conversations are part of how we work. You'll grow with us. As Bloom grows, this role and its hours can grow too. We care about people.
