Open role
Program Manager
About The Role The role owns cross-functional execution for software delivery programs spanning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams — coordinating roadmaps, dependencies, and launch readiness across concurrent workstreams. Program managers here operate close to the technical work: tracking delivery against milestones in tools like Jira and Linear, running release readiness reviews, and removing blockers before they stall engineers. The role matters because it converts ambiguous, multi-team initiatives into shipped outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program plans across 3-5 concurrent engineering initiatives, owning timelines, milestones, and dependency mapping Run scrum-of-scrums, release readiness reviews, and go/no-go checkpoints for major launches Build and maintain program dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and Looker to surface status, risk, and resource conflicts to leadership weekly Coordinate incident retrospectives and post-launch reviews; track corrective actions to closure Manage program budgets and vendor timelines, escalating cost or schedule risks with clear mitigation options Partner with product managers and engineering leads to sequence roadmap work and negotiate scope trade-offs Document program processes and playbooks so execution quality scales beyond any single program What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of program or technical project management experience, ideally in SaaS or cloud infrastructure environments Hands-on fluency with agile delivery tools (Jira, Linear) and agile ceremonies; comfortable working directly with engineers Demonstrated ability to manage multi-team dependencies and drive launches with measurable on-time delivery records Strong written communication — crisp status reports, risk registers, and executive summaries Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience Comfort with technical concepts: APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and basic system architecture Bonus: PMP or CSM certification, experience with OKR planning cycles, or SQL skills for self-serve reporting
