Open role
Program Manager
About The Role The Program Manager owns cross-functional execution for the product and engineering organization: coordinating launches, dependencies, and timelines across distributed teams so that commitments become shipped work. This role matters because technical programs fail on coordination, not coding. You will translate roadmaps into executable plans, surface risks before they derail milestones, and give leadership a truthful, current view of progress across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program plans for multi-quarter initiatives, defining milestones, owners, dependencies, and success criteria Run cross-functional cadences — sprint planning, program reviews, launch readiness checks — using Jira, Linear, or Asana Build and maintain program dashboards and status reporting for executive leadership, flagging risks and trade-offs early Coordinate product launches across engineering, QA, marketing, and customer-facing teams, owning the launch checklist and go/no-go process Resolve blockers by negotiating scope, sequencing, and resourcing decisions across teams that don't share a reporting line Improve delivery processes: contribute to retrospectives, refine planning rituals, and document standard operating procedures Manage program budgets, vendor timelines, and procurement for third-party tools and services where applicable What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of program or project management experience, ideally in a software or SaaS environment Demonstrated track record shipping complex technical programs with multiple teams and hard deadlines Fluent with modern delivery tooling (Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion) and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, or advanced spreadsheets) Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, infrastructure, and release processes with engineers Excellent written communication; can draft a crisp one-page program brief and a stakeholder update that requires no follow-up Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: PMP or CSM certification, experience with OKR-driven planning, or background in agile coaching or operations
