TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a Program Manager/Alternate Program Manager to support the DHA Disability Evaluation System. This position is fully remote.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead overall contract performance, staffing, quality, schedule, and day-to-day coordination for DHA Disability Evaluation System support.
• Serve as the fully qualified alternate to the Program Manager and assume Program Manager responsibilities when required.

What You Bring:

Required

• 10+ years of experience overseeing/managing large programs
• 5+ years overseeing and managing personnel
• Experience with contract administration
• Experience with DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Active PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
• Must be able to successfully complete the required DHA Tier 1 background investigation
• Must be able to obtain a CAC as needed
• Must satisfy DHA security/onboarding requirements
