Program Manager - Employee Experience Programs (Remote)We are looking for a Program Manager for a large, global B2B high-tech company.In this role,This is a 6-month contract, 40-hour per week remote role in the US.This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions.Health benefits and 401K are offered.Responsibilities :1.SharePoint Build & MigrationLead the end-to-end design, build, and rollout of the Finance & Strategy SharePoint site and subpages.Migrate content from the current microsite to the new SharePoint site.Ensure the site is intuitive, engaging, and enhances the employee experience.2.Tactical Program SupportSupport execution of the Recognition Program and other employee engagement initiatives.Provide programmatic support for larger Finance & Strategy initiatives, ensuring follow-through and alignment.3.Project Management DisciplineDevelop and maintain project plans, defining scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed to keep projects on track.Track and report progress against goals and deliverables; create dashboards or updates for stakeholders.Document processes, standards, and lessons learned to ensure repeatability and smooth hand-offs.Create clear communications and materials that engage employees and enable leaders to deliver messages effectively.Requirements :6years of proven experience in project or program management, with a track record of independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.Must have project / program management experience related to employee experience programs (talent / culture programs, onboarding, employee surveys, etc)Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives such as recognition programs, learning sessions, or SharePoint build-outs.Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable communications.Experience with process documentation and knowledge management to create repeatable standards and smooth transitions.Experience with SharePoint site design, migration, and content management is a plus.Please submit your resume to our network at / careers / (apply to the Program Manager - Employee Experience Programs (Remote).Please feel free to forward this job post to others you think may be interested.Stage 4 Solutions is an equal-opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to providing employees with an inclusive environment that is free of discrimination and harassment.All employment decisions are based on the job requirements and candidates' qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion / belief, national origin, gender identity, age, disability, marital status, genetic information or other applicable legally protected characteristics.Compensation :$65 - $68.75 / hr on W2#LI-SW1.
