With complete flexibility in your schedule and location, you’ll be supported in balancing professional contributions with personal priorities.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, research, and apply for grants and funding opportunities aligned with our mission of supporting community-focused projects and sustainable growth.

• Manage the entire grant application lifecycle, from proposal creation to reporting results.

• Collaborate directly with the founders to shape funding strategies that advance our shared goals for meaningful community impact.

• Foster relationships with funders, community groups, and internal stakeholders.

Why You'll Love This Role:

• Complete flexibility to manage your work-life balance and support your family needs.

• Contribute directly to empowering businesses that are building better, more sustainable communities.

• Opportunity to grow your role into broader operational areas, such as team management, community partnerships, and organizational development, based on your interests and strengths.

• Collaborate with passionate founders and a supportive team focused on positive community impact.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in managing grant and funding applications.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• An effective communicator who thrives on engaging diverse stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in remote, flexible work environments.

• Passionate about sustainable community growth, small business empowerment, and creating lasting social impact.

Apply Today: If you're inspired by community-driven change and seek a role where your contributions directly support small businesses and meaningful development, we’d love to hear from you.
