About the Opportunity: The PROJECT ANALYST role supports the financial and operational success of projects by compiling accurate cost data, tracking financial health, and ensuring compliance with budgets and contracts. This position works closely with project managers and various teams to oversee project setup, monitor key performance indicators, and manage sales tracking. The role is critical to maintaining alignment between project financials and organizational as well as client expectations. Responsibilities: Manage ERP system processes including project setup, task and billing configurations, and budget input in compliance with policies Translate proposal estimates into project budgets and monitor financial health using KPIs Reconcile actual charges to budgets and analyze financial data to identify and resolve issues Assist in project resource planning and escalate budget impacts Track sales opportunities in CRM to support revenue forecasting Conduct prebill and invoice reviews to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies Support contract and purchase order processing and ensure compliance Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to maintain relationships and coordinate training Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in business or project analytics, project controls, or technical consulting support Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Effective communication skills across organizational levels Pay Range and Compensation Package: USD 64,000 to USD 96,000 per year Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
