Tracks project status, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to support visibility and timely follow-through. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on project requirements, decisions, and implementation needs. Prepares meeting materials, project documentation, and status updates to support communication with internal stakeholders and customers. Reviews project data and reporting outputs to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improved execution. Supports communication and operational readiness activities to help teams prepare for project delivery. Contributes to improvement of project procedures, templates, and working methods to strengthen execution consistency. Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in business project/program management, PMO, portfolio management, change management, or a related field required. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
