Driving the development of large-load data center projects, the full-time remote Project Development Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, manage land control and interconnection processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Key responsibilities Manage data center development projects from site identification through commercial operation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Drive land acquisition, lease negotiations, and interconnection processes while coordinating with landowners and utility partners Lead project diligence efforts, organizing data rooms and tracking project management milestones for stakeholder alignment Required qualifications 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Director) of experience in developing utility-scale energy or data center projects Proven experience managing critical paths on live projects with hands-on execution Strong knowledge of power infrastructure, interconnection processes, and electrical systems for large-load facilities Experience with land acquisition, permitting, and securing project entitlements Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments Experience: 2 years required
