Part-Time Project Manager

About the Role – We are looking for a motivated and experienced Part-Time Project Manager to lead an AI project for an East Coast-based customer in the USA. The Project Manager will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, smooth project execution, successful user adoption, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, customers, and technical teams.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into clear requirements and priorities for the technical team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Showcase and communicate the business value of the AI product being developed.
• Ensure business users understand the product and can use it effectively.
• Gather user feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to the technical team.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Support product adoption and successful implementation with business users.
• Required Qualifications3–4 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing technology, software, digital transformation, data, or AI-related projects.
• Strong experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with US-based customers is preferred.

3-4 years project management experience; experience with technology, software, digital transformation, data, or AI projects; strong stakeholder and communication skills; ability to work independently remotely.
