Open role
Project Manager
About The Role The role owns execution for cross-functional product and platform initiatives — coordinating engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship software on schedule without sacrificing quality. This position matters because velocity depends on it: the PM runs the operating cadence, manages dependencies across sprints and releases, and turns ambiguous requirements into plans that teams can actually execute against.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project plans end-to-end, owning scope, timelines, milestones, and risk registers from kickoff through launch Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retros) and maintain boards in Jira or Linear to keep engineering teams unblocked Coordinate cross-team dependencies across engineering, design, data, and marketing, escalating risks before they hit timelines Build and maintain project dashboards and status reporting for leadership using tools like Asana, Jira, and Confluence Manage launch readiness: release checklists, QA signoff, stakeholder comms, and post-launch retrospectives Partner with product managers to translate roadmaps into resourced, sequenced execution plans Track budgets, vendor timelines, and external dependencies for initiatives involving third-party integrations What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of project or program management experience, ideally in software or SaaS Hands-on fluency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion) Track record of shipping complex technical projects with distributed teams on deadline Strong written communication: crisp status updates, risk escalations, and executive summaries Comfortable reading technical discussions and understanding APIs, infrastructure timelines, and engineering trade-offs Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification a plus Bonus: experience with data migration projects, CI/CD release management, or familiarity with SQL for reporting
