About The Role The role owns end-to-end delivery of software projects across engineering, design, and product teams — from scoping and planning through launch and retrospective. As a distributed-first organization shipping cloud infrastructure products on tight cycles, the team needs a Project Manager who can keep execution crisp: managing roadmaps, surfacing risks early, and ensuring stakeholders always know what is shipping and when.

Key Responsibilities

Own project plans, timelines, and sprint cadences for cross-functional engineering teams using Jira, Confluence, and Linear Run ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; keep them short and productive Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early; drive resolution before they impact committed dates Partner with product managers to translate roadmap goals into prioritized, resourced delivery plans Build and maintain status dashboards and executive reporting on milestone progress, velocity, and scope changes Coordinate releases and launch readiness across engineering, QA, support, and go-to-market stakeholders Improve delivery processes continuously — introducing frameworks and tooling where they add measurable value What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of project or program management experience delivering software products in an agile environment Hands-on fluency with Jira (or similar), Confluence, and standard PM reporting tooling Track record of shipping complex, multi-team technical projects on schedule Strong communication skills — able to distill engineering complexity for executive audiences Experience working with distributed and remote teams across time zones Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification a plus Bonus: background in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer tooling; SQL or data-analysis skills; experience with OKR planning
