Program Manager (Part-Time) Location: Remote, with occasional in-person support during major events Hours: 25–35 hours per week; flexible schedule with availability during core business hours

About the Role

Quad-A, a national 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization, is seeking a mission-driven, proactive, and highly organized Program Manager to support key operational and programmatic functions. This part-time role supports Quad-A’s mission through coordination across membership, sponsorship, internal initiatives, and event-related activities. The ideal candidate has nonprofit experience and can manage multiple projects at once in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program and Project Management Plan, coordinate, and track multiple projects across departments. Maintain clear timelines, deliverables, and documentation for initiatives related to membership, sponsorships, and partnerships. Keep teams aligned and help move key organizational priorities forward. Event Support and Liaison Serve as an internal liaison to the event planning team pre/post event Support event execution, including speaker coordination and session preparation. Represent Quad-A at events and help ensure staff responsibilities are handled smoothly. Membership and Sponsorship Engagement Assist with membership communications, renewals, and data management. Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and partner engagement. Build and maintain positive relationships with members and sponsors. Ideal Candidate At least five years of experience in a nonprofit setting, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience in stakeholder coordination, program oversight, and operational support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented. Proficient in, Microsoft Office, project management tools such as Asana or Trello. Experience with a member-based association or 501(c)(6) organization is a plus.
