📢 We're Hiring: Project Manager – Cybersecurity | 5-Month Contract 📍 Location: Los Angeles, CA (Preferred) | Remote candidates welcome ✈️ Travel: Occasional travel required 📅 Contract Duration: 5 Months 🕒 Work Schedule: General shift aligned with Pacific Time (PT) About the Opportunity Inspira Enterprise is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Cybersecurity to lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, enterprise risk requirements, and regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with experience managing cybersecurity initiatives in a structured IT PMO environment. Key Responsibilities 🔹 IT PMO Compliance & Project Delivery Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain project plans, charters, budgets, status reports, RAID logs, resource plans, meeting minutes, change requests, and closure documentation. Ensure compliance with client-specific IT PMO methodologies, governance processes, and quality standards. Identify, document, mitigate, and escalate project risks and dependencies. Communicate project status, milestones, and risks through dashboards, reports, and executive briefings. 🔹 Cybersecurity Portfolio Management Support portfolio-level reporting, prioritization, and governance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize delivery, and enhance client value. 🔹 Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with client sponsors, security architects, engineers, IT, Information Security, IT PMO, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. Maintain transparent communication and strong working relationships across internal sales, pre-sales, delivery, and external client teams. Support client retention, contract renewals, and identification of additional business opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within cybersecurity. Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, reporting, and PMO processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.
