Location: Remote / Hybrid – Pittsburgh, PA (Eastern Time Zone preferred) Employment: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 Base Salary The Opportunity We are supporting a leading global investment manager seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong Project Management experience within Asset or Investment Management, with exposure to Investment Book of Record (IBOR), portfolio accounting, investment data management or related investment technology platforms. This is an opportunity to work on significant transformation programmes involving investment operations, technology, data and platform modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology transformation, system integration and implementation projects. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder reporting. Coordinate delivery across investment operations, technology, data engineering and business teams. Drive Agile / Scrum delivery processes, managing project milestones and cross-functional workstreams. Oversee requirements gathering, testing, implementation and post-go-live activities. Essential Requirements – Must Have Investment Management: Proven Project Management experience within Asset Management, Investment Management or investment-focused financial services. IBOR / Investment Technology: Experience delivering projects involving IBOR, portfolio accounting, investment data management or related investment platforms. Project Delivery: 4–7+ years of experience managing technology transformation or systems implementation projects. Agile: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe or hybrid delivery methodologies. Stakeholder Management: Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors. Strong project governance experience, including RAID logs, budgets, dependencies and delivery milestones. Desirable Experience Investment platforms such as Charles River, Eagle, Bloomberg AIM or similar. Investment data migration, cloud transformation or systems integration. Azure DevOps, Planview, PMP or SAFe certification. Interested?
