  • Technical Integration and Alignment: Partner with architects, engineering leaders, developers, and operations teams to translate product and technical requirements into clear execution plans.
  • Risk and Dependency Management: Identify technical constraints, project risks, and potential blockers, and work with stakeholders to develop practical mitigation plans.
  • Resource Planning: Coordinate resource needs and priorities across teams to support project delivery, maintain schedule discipline, and manage budget expectations.
  • Project Management Practices: Apply appropriate project management methods, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project planning, based on project needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear project updates, metrics, risks, and decisions for business leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Vendor and Third-Party Management: Support vendor coordination, review statements of work, and track external deliverables to ensure commitments are met.

General Tasks

  • Comply with all applicable quality, occupational safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Follow instructions from quality, environmental, and occupational safety representatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of project management experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, software, infrastructure, or high-technology environment.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, shared resources, and interdependent deliverables.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency with MS Project or similar project planning tools, with the ability to develop schedules, track milestones, and manage dependencies.
  • Technical Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms used to manage work, report progress, and present data.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar advanced project management certification.
  • Prior hands-on experience in engineering, quality, manufacturing, software, systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience working with globally distributed or cross-cultural teams.
