Duties Engage in outside sales activities to identify potential clients through networking, community events, and telemarketing efforts. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs across property, casualty, health, life, and commercial lines. Present and negotiate insurance policies that align with client requirements while maximizing agency revenue. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and ongoing client engagement. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, quotes, policies, and follow-ups. Stay informed about insurance regulations and industry trends to provide compliant advice and innovative solutions. Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy adjustments to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or related fields. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred. Knowledge of property casualty insurance along with health, life, and commercial insurance products. Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration practices. Analysis skills to evaluate client needs effectively and recommend suitable coverage options. Understanding of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance in all client interactions.
