Provider Dispute Coder We have an opening with a Medicare Advantage health plan focused on payment integrity — specifically clearing a high-volume provider dispute backlog using Cotiviti's Clarity platform and QNXT. This is a 4-month engagement, strong potential to extend, 100% remote. We need candidates with a CPC certification and health plan payment integrity experience. Candidate Screening Questions: Have you worked with Cotiviti or CES as a payment integrity platform? Do you have experience in QNXT — specifically for claim adjustments? Have you worked on provider dispute resolution under a Medicare Advantage or TriCare line of business? Have you worked with PPM (Payment Policy Management) edits — the coding and billing side of dispute review?
