We are seeking full‑time MD Licensed Psychology Associate, which is the post‑graduate designation for a psychologist obtaining the final requirements in order to be independently licensed. Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week. Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans. Opportunity to complete psychological assessments for interested applicants, with therapy caseload expectations adjusted accordingly. Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates. Provide high‑quality, client‑centered care. Coordinate services with other providers as needed. Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups. Additional Opportunities Participate in community outreach, networking events, and presentations. Contribute content for social media and educational initiatives. Opportunities to help develop programs, partnerships, and step into leadership roles.

Qualifications

Doctoral Degree in Psychology. Active Maryland license, or license‑eligible, as a psychology associate and able to practice under board‑approved supervision. Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care.
