This is a remote position.
What we want:We are looking for a Publisher Development / Business Development professional who is interested in Digital Advertising, AdTech, and Publisher Monetization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to build publisher relationships, nurture leads, support account management, and identify growth opportunities. Tech-savvy, eager-to-learn, creative, and team-oriented candidates who are open to travel would be preferred. Who we are:

What you will do:
- Publisher Development and Alliances: Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with digital publishers.
- Account Management: Help manage and maintain publisher accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Support Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the marketing department to contribute ideas and strategies for growth.
- Cultivate Inbound Leads: Work on identifying and nurturing potential leads to bring in new publisher partnerships.
- Monetization Strategy: Assist in coordinating with publishers on their monetization strategies, including ad placements and content planning.
Requirements
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to learn about the digital advertising and monetization landscape.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas.
- Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with basic concepts of digital marketing and advertising is a plus.
- Willingness to Travel: Openness to travel as needed for business engagements.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms related to digital advertising.
