Role description Job Title: QA Testing Work Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote) Primary Technical Skills (Must Have): Extensive hands-on QA experience on the Policy Centre and Integration modules Proven expertise in QA strategy test planning test case design traceability defect management Handson experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps JIRA or ALM Proven ability to lead QA delivery in an Agile goal driven environment including in sprint and regression testing Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience collaborating with clients and leading onshore and offshore QA teams Strong domain knowledge of Insurance processes and lifecycle Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory): Experience collaborating with distributed offshore teams and coordinating multilocation test execution Exposure to Duck Creek OnDemand cloud deployments and upgrade modernization testing programs Experience testing integrations Working knowledge of SQL XML and data validation backend testing techniques Experience with test automation frameworks Selenium Playwright or equivalent and CICD integrated automated testing Ability to lead UAT support client walkthroughs and quality review workshops with strong presentation skills Skills Other details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
