Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Commensurate with Experience Position Overview As the behavioral health industry prepares for the next generation of QualiFACTS technology, organizations will need experienced consultants to help assess workflows, prepare for change, optimize operations, and support successful EHR transitions. The EHR Edge is seeking experienced QualiFACTS Credible Consultants to help behavioral health and human services organizations improve clinical, operational, and financial performance while preparing for future system initiatives. In this client-facing consulting role, you will work directly with agency leadership to evaluate workflows, identify improvement opportunities, develop implementation strategies, and support organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

Assess clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workflow discovery sessions. Develop future-state workflow recommendations and implementation strategies. Advise agency leadership on EHR optimization, implementation readiness, and organizational change management. Support system assessments, optimization initiatives, and transition planning efforts. Analyze operational, financial, and system-related challenges and provide actionable recommendations. Develop client-facing presentations, findings, and documentation. Collaborate with clinical, financial, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting, optimizing, configuring, or implementing QualiFACTS Credible . Strong understanding of behavioral health, healthcare, or human services operations. Experience analyzing workflows and solving operational or system-related challenges. Strong client-facing consulting, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with executive, clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. For Revenue Cycle-Focused Consultants: Experience with healthcare billing, claims, denials, reimbursement, collections, and revenue cycle operations. Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience within behavioral health, addiction treatment, IDD, or community-based care organizations. Experience with QualiFACTS implementations, optimization projects, or system assessments. Experience with workflow redesign and organizational change management. Experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
