What You Will Do

Investigate quality issues and identify root causes Lead corrective and preventive actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives Develop inspection and sampling plans Manage PPAP submissions Partner with production, suppliers, and customers Analyze data to improve quality and efficiency Help support the growth of our Quality Department What We Are Looking For Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment ISO 9001 experience Strong root cause analysis skills Experience with CAPA and continuous improvement Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Desire to take on increasing responsibility and leadership Preferred Experience PPAP Supplier Quality Customer Quality Six Sigma or Green Belt certification Electronics manufacturing IPC-A-610 ESD practices ERP systems such as Syteline

Compensation
