SA 174 - Contract Administration / Procurement Operations Coordinator Location: Remote Experience: 3–6 years but years doesn’t matter Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business is fine Role Focus: Contract Administration / Procurement Operations / Solicitation Support 2 rounds of IV (1 st call screening then 2 nd Teams IV) Key Responsibilities:

• Support solicitation/RFP processes, primarily the

Flexergy solicitation

• Coordinate scoring committees, schedule meetings, provision system access, and maintain contact lists
• Prepare and route approval paperwork and track contracts through signature/execution
• Send bids to contractor firms, evaluate proposals, and process Task Work Orders
• Assist with Assignment Agreements and solicitation setup
• Process insurance requests and provide general administrative support to the Contract Management team

Required Skills:

• Strong organization, time management, planning, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with

contracting/financial database systems Preferred Systems Experience:

• Oracle PeopleSoft / NEIS
• Salesforce
• Tableau
• Jira / Confluence
• Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
