The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, front-end architecture, and team leadership, with the ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of modern web applications using React.js
• Architect scalable and reusable front-end solutions
• Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and standards
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Drive adoption of modern front-end tools and frameworks
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in front-end development
• Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Redux or Context API
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture
• Experience with REST APIs and API integration
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
• Understanding of Micro Frontend architecture
• Experience with UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap)
