This is a remote position to work from LATAM collaborating with US clients. We offer: 100% Remote Work Working 6 hours in PST daily (8 hours in total) $35 USD per hour Title: React Full Stack Developer Hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and improve the backend services and internal tooling that power our business. You will work across squads, starting wherever you are most needed, and own meaningful slices of work end to end. In this role, you will design, build, and ship production-ready services and internal web applications that help our teams operate accurately and efficiently. You will partner closely with product, design, and engineering leadership, influence technical direction, and help shape the systems that keep our platform reliable, secure, and easy to extend. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of software engineering experience. Experience building production-ready web applications and backend systems with reliability and security in mind. Experience influencing technical direction (architecture, standards, delivery), not only executing predefined tasks. Experience with JVM services (Java, Kotlin), Ruby, React, Next.js, or another programming language; ready to work on when assignments require it. Familiarity with event-based architectures, event streaming (for example Kafka), database fundamentals, and GraphQL or comparable APIs. Familiarity with common engineering tools such as IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools.
