About the Role

Do you love helping fellow real estate agents grow and succeed? Legacy Group International is growing its leadership team and is looking for a Real Estate Career Mentor to guide agents across the United States and Canada. This full-time, fully remote role is ideal for someone ready to take their industry experience beyond personal sales and help build a supportive, accountable, and team-oriented culture. You'll partner with seasoned real estate leaders to help agents sharpen their skills, refine their strategies, and gain the confidence they need to hit their goals. Your Responsibilities Guide and mentor agents at every stage of their real estate careers Help agents set clear business goals and build realistic plans to reach them Share tested approaches to sales, client relationships, transactions, and business growth Offer consistent support, accountability, and professional direction Help agents work through obstacles and spot new opportunities Foster a collaborative environment where agents and leaders learn from each other Take part in virtual meetings, coaching sessions, and leadership projects About Legacy Group International Legacy Group International is a fast-growing real estate organization supporting professionals throughout North America and beyond. What We're Looking For

The right candidate brings: Professional experience in real estate, real estate sales, or real estate development Solid knowledge of residential sales and real property transactions Proven leadership, coaching, training, or mentoring ability Strong communication and relationship-building skills A track record of excellent service and supporting others The ability to inspire agents while holding them accountable Strong organization, time management, and follow-through The self-motivation and drive to thrive in a remote role An active real estate license and prior experience working directly with real estate agents are preferred If you're ready to use your experience to make a bigger impact, develop the next generation of real estate leaders, and open new doors in your own career, we'd love to tell you more about Legacy Group International.
