How You Will Make a Difference Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution. What You Need To Make a Difference High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience. Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties. The hours are weekday 3p-8p and every other weekend 8a-8p. The week the weekend is worked, the individual will also have 2 weekdays with that week totaling 34hours; then the week the weekend isn't worked, they will have 3 weekdays with that week totaling 15hrs.
