Role Description The Records Specialist role at IM Motors Egypt is a part-time remote position responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records related to dealership operations. Day-to-day tasks include updating and verifying digital and physical documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and preparing reports for management as needed. The Records Specialist will track account-related documentation, assist with reconciliations, and coordinate with other team members to resolve discrepancies. This role also involves responding to information requests, supporting audits, and helping improve documentation workflows and record-keeping standards.

Qualifications

Strong records management and document management skills, with the ability to organize, store, and retrieve information efficiently. Analytical skills and experience with account reconciliation to identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond clearly to information requests. Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document management systems, databases). High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Prior experience in administrative support, accounting, or record-keeping roles is an asset. Relevant diploma or degree in business, administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
