About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Recreation Specialist to join our clinical team in Malvern, PA. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive recreational programs tailored to individual client needs across residential and community settings. You will work directly with clients to conduct initial assessments, track progress, support treatment goals, and develop discharge plans---fostering holistic growth across cognitive, social, physical, spiritual, and psychosocial domains.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Client Care & Program Delivery Plan and facilitate individual and group recreational, leisure, and health-oriented activities within residential and community environments. Support clients through challenging situations (e.g., activity or medication refusal) using positive interaction strategies. Assist clients with personal financial management and budget strategies to promote independent living skills. Provide adaptive equipment, compensatory strategies, and modifications tailored to specific clinical focus areas (e.g., mood disorders, addictions, medical issues). Clinical Assessment &
