Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs. Source, interview, and screen candidates for open roles and future opportunities. Share information with prospective applicants about the organization, its operations, benefits, and career paths. Advise managers and team members on staffing policies and hiring procedures. Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide hiring recommendations to support selection decisions. Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly recruiting process. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Solid understanding of recruitment, selection, and training principles. Knowledge of hiring practices, employment-related policies, and procedures. Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training required. 8-10 years of customer service-related experience required. Preferred Skills Experience supporting strategic workforce planning or future hiring initiatives. Leadership or mentoring experience. Familiarity with business and management principles related to planning and staffing. Ability to provide constructive feedback and support team performance.
