Responsibilities:

• Keep the candidate database clean. Daily preen, duplicate records, missing fields, profile and headline tidying
• Post and maintain job adverts across freelancermap, and LinkedIn, and keep the live adverts matching the system
• Load leads and company information into the CRM every day, with contacts attached and ownership set
• Pull the daily numbers off the phone system and the CRM and have them ready for the focus sheet two times a day
• Add new applicants to the system against the right role, with a note of what they sent

Required profile:

• Experience keeping a CRM or candidate database accurate, in recruitment, sales or office administration
• Has posted and managed job adverts on job boards
• Excel to the level of maintaining a tracker and reading figures off it
• Runs the same routine to a fixed time each day without being chased
• Accurate with detail. The reporting the desk runs on comes off this data
