The Role

As Recruitment Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Doncasters attracts and hires talent across our global business. Leading a team of four direct reports across the US, UK and Germany, alongside two indirect reports in the US, you’ll bring people, priorities and opportunities together to deliver a seamless, consistent and effective recruitment service. You’ll keep the team motivated, workloads balanced and vacancies moving, ensuring we find the right talent at the right time.

You’ll use recruitment data and insights to track performance, spot opportunities and drive improvements that make a real difference, from streamlining processes and enhancing the candidate experience to delivering better hiring outcomes and greater cost efficiency.

You’ll also take ownership of our recruitment agency partnerships and Preferred Supplier List (PSL), making sure we get the best value from our external partners and have the right support in place when recruitment demand ramps up.

Working closely with our Communications team and key stakeholders, you’ll help bring the Doncasters employer brand to life and showcase what makes us a great place to work. You’ll also manage our careers site, keeping vacancies fresh, accurate and engaging to attract talent from both inside and outside the business.
