Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth handoffs and high lead-to-enrolment conversion. Manage partner performance through regular reviews and grow the share of business with top-performing agents. Maintain accurate records of partners, pipeline, and activity in the CRM. On-Ground Market Presence Travel extensively within your market for agent meetings, education fairs, student events, and school and university visits. Engage prospective students and parents directly at fairs, seminars, information sessions, and campus engagements. Represent Tetr at agent conferences, counsellor events, and industry engagements in your region. Plan and execute regional events and activations in collaboration with the marketing team. Market Intelligence Track competitor activity, agent sentiment, and student demand trends in your region. Share structured market feedback with the Head of B2B Partnerships to shape strategy, pricing, and positioning. The scope of this role will evolve with the market, and responsibilities may extend to new channels and initiatives as the region grows. A track record of delivering student enrolment or revenue targets through partner channels. The ability to engage agency stakeholders and prospective students with equal confidence. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Openness to extensive travel across the region for events, fairs, university visits, and partner meetings. Strong ownership, suited to a fast-scaling environment where you build as you go. Ideally based in the USA, with an established professional network and a strong understanding of the local student recruitment landscape. Good to Have Experience recruiting for undergraduate programmes. Proficiency in the regional language(s) of the assigned market. Experience representing institutions at large-scale education fairs and student events.
