Position Summary The Regional Billing Specialist Assistant plays a critical role in supporting project financial operations across multiple regional offices. This position partners closely with members of accounting teams to ensure accurate project setup, timely invoicing, compliance with client billing requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced working within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Regional Billing Specialist with daily project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable activities across multiple regions. Support Regional Billing Specialists in the timely and accurate preparation and processing of client invoices, including email and portal submissions. Maintain project setup and invoicing instructions and ensure client-specific billing requirements are followed. Assist with accounts receivable activities by reviewing aging reports, tracking outstanding invoices, and supporting collection efforts to help achieve company DSO targets. Crosstrain in key Regional Billing Specialist responsibilities to build knowledge and prepare for future career growth opportunities within the accounting team. Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Why Join Us? High School graduate. Associates or Bachelors preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings. Experience with Deltek Vision, Deltek Vantagepoint, or other project-based accounting systems strongly preferred but not required. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
