Sotera is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our business across the Pacific Northwest, covering Oregon, Washington and Idaho. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of selling services (not products), ideally in compliance, safety, engineering, or industrial markets.

Sotera is the nation’s leading provider of industrial refrigeration compliance and Process Safety Management (PSM) services. In this role, you’ll find and win new clients, grow existing accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract. You’ll report to the Vice President of Sales.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calls, and trade shows
• Manage the full sales process: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and account management
• Meet or exceed sales goals for the Pacific Northwest region
• Work with our technical experts to build the right solutions for each client
• Cross-sell services with Sotera’s partner companies
• Keep Salesforce up to date
• Travel regularly throughout the region (50%+)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience selling services in a B2B setting
• A self-motivated “hunter” who can also build long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Industrial refrigeration, ammonia, or PSM knowledge is a plus
• Membership in RETA, IIAR, ASHRAE, or similar associations is a plus
