Job Description

Manage and coordinate unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant litigation matters from filing through resolution. Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and litigation correspondence. Handle discovery and eDiscovery, including document organization and production. Assist attorneys with case strategy, legal research, and litigation preparation. Maintain accurate case files, court calendars, deadlines, and docketing systems. Prepare trial exhibits, witness materials, and other essential courtroom documents. Support attorneys during depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver efficient, high-quality client service. Qualifications 3+ years of unlawful detainer or landlord-tenant litigation experience representing landlords or property managers. Strong knowledge of California unlawful detainer procedures and landlord-tenant laws. Experience with discovery, legal drafting, case management, and trial preparation. Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities independently. Excellent organizational, communication, research, and problem-solving skills. Paralegal certification or relevant formal paralegal training is a plus. Must reside in the Los Angeles metropolitan area and be available for local courthouse support.
