Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lifted, an Upwork Company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a client's Application Security organization. The role coordinates strategic programs, facilitates cross-functional execution and governance, manages risks and milestones, communicates with leadership, and uses SQL and/or IQL for reporting and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support the Application Security organization by coordinating the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs
- Lead recurring team meetings and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration
- Create and maintain project documentation and program artifacts
- Track progress, risks, blockers, milestones, and key results (KRs)
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate change management initiatives across multiple teams
- Analyze program data using SQL and/or IQL to support reporting and decision making
- Independently identify problems, research solutions, and drive rapid iterative improvements
Skills
- • Japanese language proficiency
- • 8-10 years of experience
- • Strong program or project management experience
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience working with PMO teams
- • Experience tracking progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs)
- • Experience communicating effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Strong SQL and/or IQL skills
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
