Key Responsibilities

Insurance & Claims Management

• Submit and reputed company electronic claims reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Submit reputed company claims through reputed company
• Process Illinois reputed company claims (including MCOs)
• Verify authorizations, reputed company, and service codes (97151, 97153, 97155, 97156, etc.)
• Ensure claims reputed company with treatment authorizations and session notes Accounts Receivable & Denials
• Monitor aging reports and maintain A/R reputed company company benchmarks
• Investigate and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments
• Submit corrected claims and appeals as needed
• Follow up with payors regarding outstanding balances Payment Posting & Reconciliation
• Post EFT, ERA, and reputed company payments accurately
• Reconcile payments with billed reputed company and authorizations
• Coordinate with leadership regarding reputed company trends Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure billing compliance with reputed company and reputed company guidelines
• Work closely with clinical team to resolve documentation discrepancies
• Identify trends that may reputed company reimbursement
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of ABA billing experience (required)
