The Alt League is a remote-first creative agency seeking an Account Director to lead client relationships and integrated campaigns for a Fortune 500 client. The role connects client business goals with creative work, guiding campaigns across film, digital, social, and OOH while leading client communication and team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Advisor: Manage the relationship with our day-to-day client partners. You aren't here to manage tasks; you’re here to understand their business challenges and proactively offer creative solutions
• 360° Campaign Leadership: Lead the lifecycle of integrated campaigns across film, digital, social, and OOH. You know how to maintain the integrity of a "big idea" while adapting it for specific channel nuances and guide it through delivery
• Creative Liberation: Champion an AI-augmented workflow. You’ll work with the team to use generative tools that bypass traditional production bottlenecks, allowing us to deliver world-class craft on aggressive timelines
• The Bridge: Act as the vital link between our clients’ objectives and our team’s vision. You protect the "Alt" in our ideas while ensuring they remain anchored in commercial reality
• Remote Leadership: Lead by example in our digital-first culture. You navigate Text, Zoom and Google Docs with clarity and empathy, maintaining team momentum without the need for an office
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client partners, building trust through clear, proactive communication
• Lead and run client presentations, guiding partners through creative work and building alignment on key decisions
• Gather, interpret and prioritize client feedback, protecting the core idea while providing clear and next steps to creative and strategy teams, in partnership what the PM
• Serve as an important partner on set, keeping clients confident and aligned while the producer and creative teams focus on the production
• Lead regular check-ins and progress/status reports to deliver the work in line with the client’s larger goal and expectations

Skills

• 7–10 years of agency experience, with at least 2 years at the Account Director level
• You've successfully navigated the complexities of large-brand accounts and have recent experience on production sets
• You possess the emotional intelligence to absorb high-pressure client demands and translate them into actionable next steps without passing the stress onto your creative or strategy partners
• You thrive in high-velocity environments, possessing the agility to pivot mid-stream and the flexibility to adapt to changing client needs without losing momentum or clarity
• You don't just "know" about AI; you have a genuine hunger to use it
• You have a deep appreciation for "Traditional" craft (film/OOH) but a native understanding of "Modern" ecosystems (social/creator/digital)
• You thrive in an environment that prizes autonomy and intentionality across a variety of workstreams. You see the next move and take it before being asked
