Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Service ProCall is hiring founding Account Executives to build and grow territories serving established home services companies. The role focuses on prospecting and qualifying decision makers, booking meetings, following quotes through to signature, and helping improve the sales playbook.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory of established home services companies
• Prospect, open and qualify owners and decision makers
• Book qualified meetings with our Senior Success Manager, then follow every quote through to signature
• Work a structured 45-day cadence and drip, and never let a lead go cold
• Share what’s working so we can sharpen the playbook

Skills

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a record of hitting targets
• Proven experience building and managing a territory or sales pipeline
• A hunter mindset and relentless, organized follow-through
• Comfortable in a CRM and on 100+ dials a morning
• A newer computer, high-speed internet, a USB headset and a quiet workspace
• Experience in the trades or selling to home services companies

Benefits

• Commission: $200 per sale
• $500 bonus in any month with 5 or more sales
• Paid weekly
• A path to full time: hit the production standard within 90 days (or sooner) and the role moves to full time with a full-time comp plan
