Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Franki is seeking an Account Executive (Field Sales) to grow its restaurant network through in-person relationship building and local market expertise. The role owns a territory and the full sales cycle, helping restaurant owners attract customers, generate content, and grow their businesses with Franki.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build pipeline through in-person outreach, scheduled meetings, referrals, and local networking
• Develop relationships with restaurant owners and operators across your territory
• Conduct consultative demos and presentations that showcase how Franki helps restaurants acquire customers and drive growth
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Identify high-potential restaurant partners and build density within key neighborhoods and dining districts
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurately track activity and opportunities within Salesforce
• Consistently follow up with prospects and move deals through the funnel
• Partner with Sales Leadership on deal strategy and performance improvement
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to Product and Marketing teams
• Become an expert in Franki's platform and value proposition for the hospitality industry

Skills

• 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing a territory and working independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A self-starter mentality with a high level of energy and accountability
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to spend the majority of your time meeting customers face-to-face
• Preferably in a field sales environment
• Experience selling to restaurants, hospitality businesses, or local merchants
• Existing relationships within the restaurant community
• Experience with territory-based or outside sales roles
• Experience working in startup environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, or technology solutions
