Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Kostelic Agency is recruiting for an unnamed emerging supply-chain technology company. The Founding Account Executive will launch its asset-tracking business, identify target markets, win enterprise customers, and establish a repeatable sales process.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising industries, target accounts and opportunities for large-scale device deployments
• Build pipeline through direct outreach, industry relationships, trade shows and channel partners
• Lead product demonstrations and translate tracking data into practical business value
• Develop savings cases around asset loss, recovery, utilization and time spent locating equipment
• Guide prospects through trials, proposals, negotiations and multiyear subscription agreements
• Partner with technical leadership on detailed product questions and customer requirements
• Establish clear account records, pipeline reporting and a repeatable sales process

Skills

• A track record of winning new enterprise accounts and closing complex, high-value deals
• Experience selling technology, physical products, subscriptions or services into logistics, manufacturing, construction or related industrial markets
• Confidence working with operations leaders, procurement teams and CFOs
• Technical fluency to learn the platform, lead demos and explain the customer value
• Independence to create presentations, develop outreach and manage competing opportunities
• An honest, collaborative approach and strong ownership of results
• Experience in asset tracking, telematics, industrial IoT, returnable packaging, equipment rental or material handling
