State Farm Agent is seeking a proven, sales-driven insurance professional to join its high-producing multi-office agency in a fully remote role. The position focuses on generating new business, selling multiple insurance products, managing sales pipelines, cross-selling, handling objections, and meeting sales and production expectations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products
• Actively identify and close Life insurance opportunities
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Work existing customer relationships to uncover additional insurance needs
• Pivot customer conversations into appropriate cross-sell and inside sales opportunities
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify gaps in protection
• Confidently handle objections and ask for the business
• Develop referral opportunities from new and existing customers
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate documentation
• Meet established sales, activity, and production expectations

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Active Life & Health license
• Proven track record of insurance sales and production
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to sell Life insurance
• Ability to provide a positive professional reference from a current or former State Farm agent
• Strong knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and agency processes
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a 100% remote environment
• Comfortable with prospecting, inside sales, cross-selling, objection handling, and closing
