The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking an Advisory Account Service Manager to support clients and brokers within its Field Services organization. The role serves as the primary contact for day-to-day service needs, resolves issues, educates clients, and supports client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Advisory Brokers and clients, delivering a high-quality service experience
• Manage end-to-end investigation, resolution, and communication for customer inquiries and service issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, Client Executives, and internal business partners
• Proactively monitor account activity, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain account integrity
• Educate clients and brokers on Guardian products, processes, policies, procedures, and self-service tools
• Identify service trends and lead proactive outreach and action plans that support client goals and improve the customer experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Service Manager, Account Management or Client Services at Guaridan
• Experience working directly with clients and/or broker partners in a customer-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of Guardian products, services, and service processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills
• You must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for employer sponsorship/support now or at any time in the future
• Experience supporting employee benefits, insurance, or financial services clients
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex service inquiries and issue resolution
• Experience partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to drive client outcomes
• Ability to analyze trends and identify proactive service opportunities
