Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pitney Bowes is hiring an Account Support Associate to resolve complex client billing issues across its entities. The role works with clients, sales, and other departments to troubleshoot issues, prevent repeat problems, collect on accounts when appropriate, and recommend services or products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with clients and sales to solve complex billing issues within all Pitney Bowes entities via phone, email and chat
• Collaborate with other departments to solve client issues
• Find root cause to prevent repeat issues
• Collect on accounts where appropriate
• Help drive PB revenue by identifying customer needs and providing recommendations to clients on service/product use where appropriate
