Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robert Half is recruiting for an unnamed nonprofit seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator. The role supports daily operations, production scheduling and coordination, and staffing and mentorship for interns and youth in collaboration with the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and maintain organized records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and organizational communications
• Assist with tracking projects, deadlines, schedules, and operational priorities
• Support the development and implementation of administrative processes to improve efficiency
• Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and other organizational documents
• Coordinate in-house and field production needs, ensuring resources and personnel are available as required
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the overall production schedule
• Monitor project timelines, coordinate logistics, and address scheduling conflicts
• Collaborate with internal teams, community partners, and emerging talent to support successful project execution
• Coordinate staffing needs, assignments, and schedules for employees, interns, and project participants
• Assist with onboarding, training, and providing ongoing guidance to interns and emerging talent
• Serve as a positive mentor and role model for youth, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional development
• Help create a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
