Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mile High Compounds is hiring an Affiliate Program Manager to own and grow its affiliate program, recruiting and supporting partners to drive new customer acquisition. The role also manages program operations, partner compliance and reporting, and provides feedback to improve the company’s affiliate app.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new affiliates: creators, review sites, coaches, communities, newsletters and content publishers
• Hold weekly calls with our affiliates to plan promotions, share what's working and fix problems fast
• Bring inactive affiliates back and help our top partners grow
• Run the program day to day: onboarding, links and codes, payouts and reporting
• Give affiliates what they need to sell: offers, creative, product information and fast answers
• Be the team's eyes and ears on our affiliate app: collect what affiliates run into, report bugs and ideas to the team, and help make the app better every week
• Keep every partner compliant. That means no health, medical or dosing claims, and every product presented for research use only
• Report weekly on new customers from affiliates, top partners and what you're changing next

Skills

• A serious network you bring with you. Creators, influencers, review sites, coaches, communities and newsletters in health, fitness, wellness or longevity who already know you and pick up when you call
• 5+ years in affiliate or partner marketing, including at least one program you built or scaled from early stage into seven figures
• A track record of recruiting affiliates yourself, not inheriting them
• Experience in research compounds, supplements, health and wellness, nutraceuticals or another regulated or high-risk vertical
• Comfort with numbers
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as GoAffPro, Refersion, Impact or similar
• Based in the US
• Works independently and moves fast

Benefits

• A $15 bonus for every new customer from affiliates (links or codes) above 190 a month, which is about where the program is today. Paid monthly. There's no cap.
• In-depth reporting and tools to help manage affiliate partners, payouts, approvals and weekly numbers.
